We’ve been taught to think that WE CAN DO IT ALL ALONE. NOOOOOO….Its ok to ask for help! I had to release being the strong one! It’s control. It’s making us anxious and our nervous systems can’t take it! Acknowledge when you are not ok. It’s ok, not to be ok. Ask for help. Asking for help doesn’t make you weak it makes you human! Affirm: I am (You) worthy of help and assistance when needed. I (You) do not have to carry all the weight. Put it in the comments! Say it to yourself. And BELIEVE IT!
Stay In A Child’s Place
Now I KNOW yall remember this saying! Well here…That’s what we live by cause it was the Golden Rule of our childhood so now let me listen to that advice because THIS adult life they can have back 😂. Affirm: I am in a child’s place and will stay there for the rest of my days. This doesn’t mean BE childish! It’s being child-like (it’s even biblical). Children are creative, curious, inquisitive, bold, energetic, careless, free, and naps are REQUIRED! We lose this once our environments are tainted and life fills us with mess. We start to believe the lies that we form but they are not true. ❤️ What’s one child-like trait or memory you’d like to experience again? Meaning if you could slow down life and be that kid again what would you do?
