Happy Friday everybody. Just wanted to hop in here and see how everything's going and give you an update on what I'm doing. I ended up closing on that strip club, so we bought it and we're in the process of flipping it. We've already done exterior renovations and already got a few offers for more than double what we paid for it, which is awesome. Things are moving along pretty well. We're going to be buying another mobile home park at the end of June out in Pennsylvania. That's exciting. We just started the land campaign to get a little bit more higher volume of transactions because we want to make sure that our money is working for us. We're buying some land while we're looking for the mobile home parks and other deals. Things are moving and I'm really excited about this upcoming few months. How's everything going with you guys? Hey guys — just wanted to check in, see how everyone’s doing, and give a quick update on what I’ve got going on. We’re currently under contract on two deals: one commercial property in Indianapolis and one mobile home park in Pennsylvania. I’m flying out this Sunday/Monday to do the on-site due diligence inspection for the park, so there’s a lot happening right now. I’m also in the process of selling a few self-storage facilities after taking them through the full cycle, which I’m really excited about. So that’s what I’ve been up to, on top of keeping the podcast rolling. What about you guys? Any big wins recently?
