Quick Update & Check In
Hey guys — just wanted to check in, see how everyone’s doing, and give a quick update on what I’ve got going on.
We’re currently under contract on two deals: one commercial property in Indianapolis and one mobile home park in Pennsylvania. I’m flying out this Sunday/Monday to do the on-site due diligence inspection for the park, so there’s a lot happening right now.
I’m also in the process of selling a few self-storage facilities after taking them through the full cycle, which I’m really excited about.
So that’s what I’ve been up to, on top of keeping the podcast rolling.
