Observe and Heal with Help
This is a day for observing. Take the time to observe where your emotions are now. Where in your body is tension held? What is your body telling you about this?
The signs from our body are the guideposts that will help you along your healing path.
It's okay to slow down and take time to figure things out. But it's different if you find yourself stuck. This is where we want to notice the resistance to your path. If that's what's going on - I ask you simply observe yourself. -- Witness yourself and take stock of the emotions, feelings and energy that you are carrying right now.
If you find yourself feeling trapped in old patterns and habits -- first is to notice. If you are able to notice this, and bring awareness to it - that is a great first step. Many people don't know how to develop the awareness, and you do.
Reach out for support. Ask for help and guidance.
