The hardest day of my life was also the day everything changed. After nearly 20 years of believing my life couldn’t be different, I finally said yes to counselling. I walked into that first session and didn’t say a word — I cried for 45 minutes straight. I was heartbroken, lost, and honestly not a nice person to be around anymore. I was negative, bitter, and stuck. But that moment started my real life transformation story. In a matter of weeks, things I thought were impossible started to happen. I went from believing I couldn’t afford to live alone to finding and furnishing my own home. From hiding my voice to public speaking and being invited onto podcasts. I lost over 70 pounds — but more importantly, I rebuilt confidence, friendships, and joy. That’s why I created Radiance Quest. Because transformation isn’t rare. It doesn’t belong to “strong” people or lucky ones. It comes from tiny steps, emotional healing, backing yourself, and building momentum — especially for women starting again in midlife. Radiance Quest is a free community for women rebuilding confidence, healing from burnout or heartbreak, and craving more connection, wellness, adventure, and meaning. Your story matters. And you don’t have to write it alone.

If you’re here, it’s probably because somewhere along the way you felt a little spark of “there has to be more than this.” Not in a dramatic, burn-it-all-down way… but in that quiet feeling of moving through life on autopilot. Radiance Quest was born from that exact place. For a long time, I was doing life — working hard, showing up, being responsible — but not always living it. What changed everything wasn’t one big moment. It was a series of small, brave yeses: - Saying yes to solo travel - Saying yes to starting fresh - Saying yes to things that scared me - And saying no to the life that no longer fit And with each step, something came back online — confidence, joy, curiosity… radiance. This space exists to help you do the same. 🌿 What Radiance Quest Is Really About Radiance Quest is about helping people step out of autopilot and actually live again — not just exist.
