🌟 The Radiance Reset Workbook is live 🌟
I’m so happy to finally share this with you. I chat to so many people who say things like: “I feel stuck.” “I don’t even know what I want anymore.” “I know I need a change but I don’t know where to start.” That’s exactly why I created The Radiance Reset Workbook. This isn’t about fixing yourself. You’re not broken. It’s about gently stepping out of autopilot and getting honest about where you are… and what you actually want your life to feel like. Inside the workbook you’ll be guided to: ✨ Check in with your mindset, confidence, body and energy ✨ See what’s draining you and what’s lighting you up ✨ Identify what you’ve been tolerating that no longer serves you ✨ Reconnect with joy, purpose and self-belief ✨ Start creating a life that feels good again Take your time with it. You don’t need to do it perfectly or all in one go. Even 10 minutes of honest reflection can start powerful change. 📥 You’ll find The Radiance Reset Workbook in the Resources section. Once you’ve had a look, I’d love you to share: • One thing that surprised you • Or one area of your life that stood out most You don’t have to share anything too personal — even one word is enough. I’m so glad you’re here. This is where we stop just surviving… and start living again 💛

We Keep Going
This week has definitely thrown a few curveballs… and I know I’m not the only one feeling it — especially here in Fermanagh. My car slid backwards down a hill, I got out to try and get help, slipped on the ice and ended up with whiplash and a few sore bits to go with it. Not exactly how I planned to start the year 😅 But here’s the thing. This year, I want it to be another really good year for me — for my health, my weight loss, and my mindset. I want to do the very best I can in every sense. And moments like this? They’re exactly when our minds try to convince us to give up — even if it’s “just for a few days”. I’m not doing that. I’ve been reminding myself that doing your best doesn’t always look the same. Some days it’s a big workout. Some days it’s just getting out for a gentle walk. And when the roads are a sheet of black ice and walking or driving just isn’t safe? You adapt. So today I dusted off the Peloton — which has been badly neglected the past few months — and honestly, it felt great. Legs moving. Heart pumping. Mood lifted. Anyone who knows me (or my coach Mike 😂) knows how much I claim to dislike cardio… but I’d forgotten how much I actually enjoy it once I start. And the truth is, cardio is something I need to focus on — alongside stretching and recovery. This is your reminder: You don’t need perfect conditions. You don’t need to go all-out. You just need to keep showing up in whatever way you can today. Rest when you need to. Adapt when you have to. But don’t give up on yourself. We keep going 🤍

We Keep Going
Some of the best things I’ve ever said yes to terrified me.
Not in a “this is dangerous” way — but in a “this could change me” way. Solo travel. Especially Mexico — so far away, so unfamiliar, so far outside my comfort zone. Walking into networking events alone, sitting at tables with strangers, forcing myself to speak when every instinct said stay quiet. Going to Toastmasters… and then deciding to keep going back. Standing up. Speaking. Being seen. Starting Radiance Quest — knowing full well people might laugh, judge, or watch it fail in real time. And every time, fear said the same things: • You’ll look stupid • You’ll be lonely • Something bad will happen • You don’t deserve this to go well But here’s what actually happened: ✨ Confidence I didn’t know I had ✨ New friendships and real connection ✨ Pride — the quiet, steady kind ✨ Joy. Actual joy. ✨ And a shift in how I see myself ⸻ There was a time my life looked very different. I rarely left the house. I worked constantly. I emotionally ate. I cancelled plans last minute. I felt anxious socially. I gained weight. I stopped looking after myself. I was sick all the time — headaches, exhaustion, just existing, not living. And I told myself I was comfortable. But I wasn’t comfortable. I was safe, bored, and shrinking. Here’s the thing I’ve learned: Connection doesn’t come before courage — it comes after it. Most people wait to feel supported before they’re brave. But life doesn’t work that way. The deepest connections happen when someone sees you do the scary thing — not the polished, Instagram-ready version, but the messy, uncertain, “I don’t know how this will go” version. When you show up like that: • People start to see you • But more importantly… you start to see yourself That energy is magnetic. It’s the price of admission to life. If you’re craving more courage, connection and aliveness — Radiance Quest is here for you. You don’t have to do it alone.

Here's what I'd try: "Stop sleepwalking through your life. Wake up, show up, and remember what it feels like to be actually alive again.
