3rd Density Earth: The Experience of Polarity There is a certain moment in awakening where you stop asking, “Why is everything out to get me?”…and you begin to feel the deeper question underneath it: “Could there be more to my life than what I see outside of me?” That is the question that cracked my heart wide open, because the answer wasn’t mental. It was internal. It was felt. A deep yearning sensation that began to build and build within me. The sacred cosmic call that rings through each of us and through all creation. When you first incarnated into Earth—She was still existing in 3rd density. This is a place where the soul's consciousness agrees to enter a very specific classroom of density. This density follows specific laws and rules that are embedded with the experience of polarity and catalyst.This is not to punish us or to break us, But to give Source a way to know itself through us. I like to think of this as "The Coin of Creation" Source—God, Infinite Intelligence—only knows itself fully by also knowing what it is not. This is the beauty of Polarity and a Dual Reality. Not because Source is lacking. Not because something is missing. But because experience requires distinction. Understanding that Source is both sides of the coin also means Source doesnt judge either side of the Coin. The two sides simply reflect the contrast of the two such as "Up & Down" "Left & Right" "Light & Dark" "Pretty & Ugly" "Hard & Soft" "Good & Evil" We build an individual perception and a state of being though the experience of these polarities. Which starts as an individual growing through life until the day we awaken to our deeper truth of Oneness. Imagine for a moment being everything—all knowing, all places, all moments, all possibilities—simultaneously. No edges. No contrast. No beginning or end. If everything is known at once, nothing is experienced. There is no movement. No discovery. No story. Just totality—beautiful, infinite… and still. So what does a loving Source do? Source chooses experience. Not by breaking itself apart—but by slowing itself down. Energy begins to condense. Vibration lowers. Rhythms emerge. Realms form. Dimensions unfold. Each governed by certain universal laws—time, space, cause and effect, form and frequency—so consciousness can move, explore, and feel itself.

This mirror isn’t judgmental. It simply feeds us back exactly what we ask for. It isn’t personal and out to get us. It is precise and loves us unconditionally. Which is why there is no judgment just simply gives us what we are asking for. So ask yourself, WHAT AM I ASKING FOR? From Random Events to Meaningful Feedback For a long time, life felt random to me. Good days. Bad days. Wins. Losses. People doing what they do. Circumstances unfolding without explanation. But as I began to live more inside my body—more present, less reactive—I started noticing patterns. When I was rushed and fragmented, my external world mirrored urgency and friction. When I carried resentment, conflict showed up effortlessly. When I ignored my intuition, obstacles appeared again and again. The mirror wasn’t punishing me. It was informing me. Life wasn’t happening against me—it was showing me where I was out of alignment. As I began to settle into the present moment the Mirror began to speak to me in a way that was undeniable. Presence is what cleans and organizes the mirror. When the mind is noisy, we misread the reflection. When the nervous system is dysregulated, we mistake distortion for truth. When we live in past or future, we project meaning that isn’t actually there. But when we arrive fully into the present moment—into the body, the breath, the now—the reflection sharpens and Reality becomes clear.

There was a time in my life when I believed I was a body with an energy field.
