🎉Community Shout Out Friday🎉
Hey Ladies, Friday is here and we are closing out Week 6 strong! Before we head into the weekend, I just have to take a moment to celebrate some of the ladies who showed up this week because you deserve to be seen. @Jewel Caldwell - Sis, you opened up this week and shared something real and honest. That took courage, and it made this space richer for everyone in it. Thank you for trusting us with that. @Stacie Cannon @Niesha Ellis @Khadeeja Muhammad - You were in the community this week engaging with posts. That is worth celebrating! This community is better because you all show up. And if you moved forward in any way this week, big or small, that counts too. Drop a number below and let us celebrate you: 1 - I made progress on the course 2 - I had a real conversation or validation moment 3 - I just came back and that was enough All three are a win. See you in Week 7!🎉

🎉✨ Community Shoutout Friday ✨🎉
One thing we really want to build here is a community where showing up matters, even in small ways. So today, we wanted to celebrate a few members who engaged this week in different ways 💛 🌱 @Katie W — Thank you for asking a thoughtful question in the community and creating space for conversation. That kind of openness helps all of us move forward. 🌱 @Stacie Cannon — Thank you for consistently engaging in the comments and staying connected to the conversation this week. Small steps still count. 🌱 @Tiffany Hembry — Thank you for being honest about feeling overwhelmed and behind. We know many people silently feel the same way, and your honesty reminded us that this space is for real life, not perfection. Whether you completed every lesson, caught up on one thing, asked a question, or simply came back into the community this week, it matters. Progress here is not about doing everything perfectly. It's about continuing to move forward, one step at a time 💛

🎉My Capacity Win This Week!
I want to name a win that didn’t come easy. Friday was my last day in my business until the new year, and I’m actually stepping away for a few weeks. This is something I haven’t done since I gave birth to my last child, and honestly, it took real work to get here. What this season reminded me is that capacity isn’t about disappearing or checking out. It’s about doing the work ahead of time so rest doesn’t come with guilt. Here’s what I actually did to make this possible: • Gave clients advance notice of my holiday schedule • Created space for them to book time before I closed • Worked ahead to wrap up as many projects as possible • Sent clear messages to clients with ongoing work so expectations were set • Set up an out-of-office message with calendar links for existing and new clients There was a time when I would have pushed through, stayed available, and told myself I’d rest later. Choosing differently this time feels like growth. I’m proud of myself for honoring my limits and trusting that things can keep moving even when I pause. Has anyone else had a win in this area lately? Nothing is too small. Drop it below. I want to cheer you on. 💛

Progress Update 🙌🏾🙏🏾
I finally completed my first step... I finished watching my course videos! 🙌🏾 I’ve been trying to get through them for months, so this feels like such a major win. Next week, I’ll start tweaking the outline of my course and putting all the pieces together. I also had a conversation with the department head of the entrepreneurship & innovation school at a local university about possibly hosting a workshop for students interested in starting a nonprofit . That opportunity is opening my eyes to a whole new potential audience for my course... my wheels are spinning! 🔥 Sometimes the hardest part is just starting again. I’m celebrating the small steps and trusting that God will continue to make the next ones clear. 🙏🏾
My One Goal Update: Breaking the Fear of Visibility By Posting More Consistently on LinkedIn and Instagram
Hello! As I mentioned in the introduction, my one goal for the next 60 days is to break the fear of visibility by posting more on LinkedIn and Instagram. I'm happy to report that I got started on that goal yesterday by posting a reel on Instagram (I didn't allow perfectionism and fear of being seen to talk me out of it!!!) and today I posted a letter to my 17 year old self on LinkedIn. I was honestly really scared to post the reel yesterday and the LinkedIn letter today but I did it and I am so very proud of myself. Onward and upward by the grace of God! 🙌🏾🙏🏾
