This week I had a conversation that stayed with me.
I was sitting with someone I have worked alongside for a few years now. She is talented, she is called, and she is carrying real vision. But somewhere in our session, something became very clear.
Many of us are not lacking vision. We are carrying multiple visions at the same time. And when everything feels important and everything feels like God, it becomes very difficult to know which one to steward first.
And when that is not clear, everything else can start to feel jumbled.
The who gets blurry.
The what gets complicated.
And the path forward starts to feel harder than it needs to be.
The further we talked and the more we worked through things together, the clearer it got. Not because I had all the answers, but because doing the work out loud, talking through it, actually working the process, started to bring into focus what had been blurry for a while.
And I kept thinking about this community the entire time.
Because that is exactly what these first seven weeks have been building toward.
Week 1 helped you understand how God wired you.
Week 2 helped you identify who you are called to serve.
Week 3 helped you name the specific problem you are responsible for helping solve right now, not every problem you could solve, but the one God is asking you to steward first in this season.
Week 4 helped you choose a vehicle that honors your capacity.
Week 5 helped you make a decision about what you are building right now and in what capacity you are building it.
Week 6 helped you listen to the people you are building for.
And Week 7 is asking you to take all of that and map the actual journey your offer takes people through.
Each of those weeks exists for a reason. They are not just content to consume. They are milestones. And just like the transformation you are designing for the people you serve, you cannot skip to the end and expect to have what you need when you get there.
If mapping your transformation this week felt hard, it may not be because the concept is difficult. It may be because an earlier step needs more attention.
Maybe the decision about which vision to steward first has not fully settled yet. If that is where you are, Weeks 3 and 5 are worth revisiting.
Week 3 will help you get honest about which problem God is asking you to carry right now.
Week 5 will help you get specific about what you are actually building in this season and how much of it you are taking on right now.
That clarity is what makes everything in Week 7 click into place.
Post in the community and let us help you think through it. And keep your eyes open because we have something coming for those who are showing up and engaging. 👀
If you did do the work this week, even imperfectly, I want you to sit with what you built. Your transformation statement does not have to be final. It just has to be honest.
Because the clearer you get on which vision God is asking you to carry right now, who it is for, and where it is taking them, the more confidently you can build everything that comes next.
So as you head into this weekend, here is your reset question:
Do you have clarity on which vision God is asking you to steward first in this season?
And if the answer is not yet, Weeks 3 and 5 are waiting for you.
You are not behind. You are building. And the foundation you are laying right now is what everything else will stand on.
Keep going. 💛
