I personally treat my business as a 9-5 job. I create task that I complete in a timely manner. I have specific days set aside for inventory and I make sure to keep up with what's coming in and what's going out. I have a set schedule that I follow and I show up at least an hour before my clients so that I can have time to set up and do admin tasks.
