Join the first French Macaron Class. I currently teach in person macaron classes and I bake out of a commercial kitchen for corporate catering. I have ALLLL the tips and tricks for you to understand how to make French Macarons. I teach techniques, not how to memorize a recipe. Once you master techniques you can use any macaron recipe and have success!
I will also be available to answer your questions about how to scale your macaron business on a commercial level!
This class will be held via Zoom. I will be teaching the Swiss Meringue Method.
