Week at a glance!
Monday 9AM-Join the weekly pep talk. FYI-The weekly pep talk is changing to 9AM and will include a recorded replay if you cant make it at 9AM. Thursday 7pm Central Time- Live Bake along. We will be discussing and working with "stuffed cookies". Stuffed cookies are wildly popular at Farmers Markets and make great reel content. We will work on "Base Recipes" which will allow you to customize your own stuffed cookie and create your signature line. LOOKING AHEAD: I will be teaching an in-depth MICRO-Masterclass on French Macarons coming up in February. This is for VIPer's only so check your status and make sure you're a VIPer or that you have access to the French Macaron Module if you want to learn how to make French macaron. French Macaron Micro-Masterclass
VIP members only. Join the first French Macaron Class. I currently teach in person macaron classes and I bake out of a commercial kitchen for corporate catering. I have ALLLL the tips and tricks for you to understand how to make French Macarons. I teach techniques, not how to memorize a recipe. Once you master techniques you can use any macaron recipe and have success! I will also be available to answer your questions about how to scale your macaron business on a commercial level!
