Some of my history
Hi my name is Craig but I go by Anthony. I have about 18 yrs in the industry. 10 yrs in management. 4 yrs as cdc in high end restaurants in phila I have worked with Michelin star chefs as in Marc vetri, I also worked for Michael Solomonov at zahav . Which was a great experience. Learned a lot from him. I also worked for Georges Perrier and Robert aikens.Which was an experience I am very creative and always on time . I strive to make the best food I know how. Just a little intro
