🥩 High Protein Recipes
Loaded Burger Bowl
🥩 Ingredients:
Ground beef (lean)
Potatoes (cubed or diced)
Diced pickles
Pico de gallo
Cheddar cheese
Seasoning:
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Minced garlic
🥣 Burger Sauce:
Greek yogurt (or mayo)
Ketchup
Mustard
Relish
1. Cook the Potatoes:
Dice potatoes into small cubes
Toss with salt, pepper, paprika
Air fry at 400°F for 15–20 min (or bake at 425°F for 25–30 min)
Shake halfway until crispy
2. Cook the Beef:
Add ground beef to a pan over medium heat
Break it apart and cook until browned
Add salt, pepper, paprika, and minced garlic
Cook until fully done and slightly crispy
3. Make the Sauce:
In a bowl mix: Greek yogurt (or mayo), Ketchup, Mustard, Relish
Stir until smooth
4. Prep the Toppings:
Dice pickles
Prep pico de gallo (or use store bought)
5. Build the Bowl:
Base: crispy potatoes
Add: seasoned ground beef
Add: Cheddar cheese
Top with: Diced pickles, Pico de gallo, Drizzle burger sauce
