Loaded Burger Bowl
🥩 Ingredients:
  • Ground beef (lean)
  • Potatoes (cubed or diced)
  • Diced pickles
  • Pico de gallo
  • Cheddar cheese
Seasoning:
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Minced garlic
🥣 Burger Sauce:
  • Greek yogurt (or mayo)
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Relish
1. Cook the Potatoes:
  • Dice potatoes into small cubes
  • Toss with salt, pepper, paprika
  • Air fry at 400°F for 15–20 min (or bake at 425°F for 25–30 min)
  • Shake halfway until crispy
2. Cook the Beef:
  • Add ground beef to a pan over medium heat
  • Break it apart and cook until browned
  • Add salt, pepper, paprika, and minced garlic
  • Cook until fully done and slightly crispy
3. Make the Sauce:
  • In a bowl mix: Greek yogurt (or mayo), Ketchup, Mustard, Relish
  • Stir until smooth
4. Prep the Toppings:
  • Dice pickles
  • Prep pico de gallo (or use store bought)
5. Build the Bowl:
  • Base: crispy potatoes
  • Add: seasoned ground beef
  • Add: Cheddar cheese
  • Top with: Diced pickles, Pico de gallo, Drizzle burger sauce
