Healthy aging and movement - Geek edition
Eek folks my tik tok platform is exploding . I didn’t see it coming. It just took on a life of its own and here we are. There is going to be a lot of differentiation between my shorts and the info you get here. My classroom Is available with a short course but in the upcoming weeks as I learn the new balance and rhythm of my life I’ll open up more classroom features. I leave it to you to help me direct the content for the subjects you wanna know more about delivered with honesty a little geek and always keeping your emotional development intact while we grow together. In today’s modern culture more is better . Hey it’s a page taken out of my old playbook. Yep I’m an endurance athlete that will never change but the lessons learned from my body - respect earned it’s kept me safe and healthy ! Rip away old ideas like dirty old bandaids and step into the new and improved play !
