Sit in silence for five minutes today — put down your phone, close your apps, and simply breathe. Ask the Lord to let His voice rise above the noise of your digital world. Notice what feelings, memories, or impressions surface when the scrolling stops and the quiet begins. You may be surprised at how God has been waiting to say something to you once the noise clears.
