I get asked a lot whether this actually works for someone like you, so I put it all in one place. Below are video stories from Savana, Kalli, Shannon, Andree and Kim, plus real texts and emails clients have sent me. Nothing here is reworded; these are their words exactly as they sent them. Some of these wins are about the numbers (A1c, fasting blood sugar, fasting insulin), and frankly I think the ones about finally not being scared to eat are just as big. If one of these sounds like you, tell me which one in the comments.

📍 Get Started Here!
Welcome! We’re so glad that you’re here and look forward to supporting you in the group! Please read the below info carefully to get the most out of the membership! 👇 ⬇️ GETTING ORIENTED The group has two levels. The free community is open to everyone, and the Paid Community ($59/month) is where you get the weekly coaching call, every training and guide, and weekly feedback on your food logs. Here’s how each piece works. 📅 Monthly Open Q&A (everyone) On the last Monday of every month at 4pm ET, we’ll hop on Zoom together for an open Q&A that every member can join, free or paid. Bring your questions and we’ll work through as many of them as we can. 📅 Weekly Coaching Call (Paid Community) Every Thursday at 4pm ET, we’ll hop on Zoom together for a short training followed by live Q&A. These are run in a “spotlight coaching” format where when it’s your question, we’ll invite you to come off mute and share a bit more context so we can give you the most helpful, personalized guidance. If you’re more on the introverted side, no worries, this is a low-pressure, supportive space. And your willingness to share often encourages others to open up, too. This is your time to get coaching tailored to your situation. If you can’t attend live, post your question in the community ahead of time and we’ll answer it for you on the call. Recordings can be found here! Here’s the upcoming schedule so you can save the dates. ✍️ Food + Lifestyle Feedback (Paid Community) For more nuanced questions we will ask that you complete some logs to help us gain more context into your routines, lifestyle, and food intake and enable us to provide you with the best feedback so you can make progress as quickly as possible. You can submit 1 log each week for feedback by posting it in the comments of the Food Logging & Weekly Check-ins course (not by DM, that way nothing gets lost). For more details, click here!

Welcome to The Pohlman Collective. Here's how to get the most out of it: 1. Introduce yourself in Community: where you're from and the one blood sugar question on your mind. 2. Join the Monthly Open Q&A on the last Monday of every month at 4pm ET (see the Calendar). It's open to everyone. 3. Paid Community members: the Weekly Coaching Call is every Thursday at 4pm ET, and the replays, trainings and guides are all in the Classroom. For the full walkthrough, read the 📍 Get Started Here! post. Glad you're here. Isaac

5 Tips To Get The Most Out Of Your Logs
Here are a few things that make your logs so much more helpful, so we can give you the best feedback possible! 1. Include your portion sizes. Writing “chicken and rice” doesn’t tell us a whole lot, but “4 oz of chicken and 1 cup of rice” tells us so much more. 2. Treat your activities with as much importance as your food. A stressful day at work, a walk with the dog, or the dog running away on you can all show up in your blood sugar, so make sure to jot those down. And if you didn’t do much that day, just write that down too! 3. For your previous night’s sleep, write down when you went to bed and when you woke up. This one confuses a lot of people! 4. Pay attention to when you feel good. It’s so easy to only focus on what’s going wrong, but the times you feel stable, energized, and satisfied are where we find what’s working for you. 5. Share your log early. Post it in the Weekly Food Log Check-In by Monday night for feedback on Wednesday, or at least 24 hours before the Thursday call if you’d like it covered there. Help us help you! If you need a refresher on how to fill out your log, the walkthrough video and screenshots are in the How Food Logging Works lesson in the Food Logging & Weekly Check-ins course. - Isaac

🍽️ Weekly Food Log Check-In
This is where you share your food and lifestyle logs each week so I can give you feedback. Complete at least 3 consecutive days of your log using the logging sheet from the How Food Logging Works lesson, then post it in the comments below, either as a link to your sheet or as the downloaded file. Start your comment with the week (for example, "Week 3 log") and add one or two sentences on what you'd like feedback on, whether that's your morning numbers, your energy in the afternoon or a meal that keeps spiking you. Post your log by Monday night, and I’ll go through these every Wednesday and reply right here in the comments. If you'd like your log covered on the Weekly Coaching Call instead, post it at least 24 hours before the call. Weekly log feedback is part of the Paid Community. If you're in the free community and you'd like feedback on your logs, you can join the Paid Community here! - Isaac
