I made something for you!! 🩷
Okay, I’ve been building something, and I wanted you all to have it before I start sharing it more widely. 🙂 Some of you might remember the custom GPT I created that helped you sort through everything competing for your attention and figure out what to focus on next. I loved seeing how much clarity people got from that. But I wanted to make something even better. Something that was actually mine, that I could keep improving, and that people would actually USE. Because let’s be honest. I could have made you another PDF. And it would probably be sitting in your downloads folder with all the other PDFs we swear we’re going to go back and read someday. 😂 So instead, I built the 3-Item Focus Filter. You tell it what’s competing for your attention, how much capacity you actually have right now, and where you’re feeling stuck. It gives you three focus moves based on what you told it. My hope is that when your brain is trying to hold 47 things at once, this helps quiet some of that noise so you can breathe a little easier and know what to do next. And because you’re in the Operations Room, you get early access before I start sharing it elsewhere. 🤍 https://focus-clarity-flow.lovable.app Go play with it! And if you want to, come back and tell me what three moves it gave you. I’d love to hear what comes up.

Something I’ve been thinking about after our recent conversations…
What if consistency in business didn’t mean constantly creating content or showing up online? What if it meant consistently showing up in ways that actually work for us? Maybe that’s posting when we have something meaningful to share. Maybe it’s having conversations, nurturing relationships, or simply doing good work for the people already in our world. Consistency doesn’t have to look the same for everyone. I’m curious: If you took the pressure to post regularly off the table, what would showing up consistently in your business look like for you? 🤍
Yesterday, I asked what business rule you’re ready to question.
The next question is: What is that rule actually costing you? When I believed I had to stay consistently visible and palatable online, the cost wasn’t limited to the time it took to create content. I spent energy deciding what was safe to say. I edited myself before anyone else had the chance. I felt pressure to turn every difficult experience into something useful, inspiring, or acceptable. And I put energy into staying visible instead of building relationships in places that felt more like me. Some costs appear on our calendars. Others show up in our energy, creativity, relationships, self-trust, or willingness to keep going. A strategy isn’t free just because it doesn’t require money. Think about the rule you named, or one you’re beginning to notice: - What does following it cost you? - What result does it actually create? - If you were choosing freely today, would you agree to that exchange? You don’t need to change anything yet. Just tell yourself the truth about the cost. If you’d like to share: The cost of this rule that I hadn’t fully counted is __________.
From Overwhelmed to Organized: Creating Systems That Support You
Sometimes the hardest part of running a business isn’t knowing what needs to happen. It’s figuring out how to make everything work without carrying it all yourself. Tomorrow, I’m hosting a free workshop where we’ll explore how to turn some of that mental clutter into simple, supportive systems that actually fit the way you work. This is a continuation of Creating Breathing Room, but you don’t need to have attended that session to join us. We’ll focus on practical next steps, not adding more to your plate. 📅 Thursday, October 29 🕛 3PM Eastern 📍 Live on Zoom I’d love to have you join us.
