If your business only works because you remember everything, the system is still you.
Choose one thing this week to document, automate, delegate, or schedule. Your brain deserves somewhere safe to put things down. 🤍

@Madison Chase You are definitely not alone! What’s one thing you’re carrying in your head right now that you wish your business could remember for you?
The Working Room is coming back! 🙂
A few of you asked when we could do another one, so I’ve got the next one on the calendar: 📅 Tuesday, September 22 ⏰ 10:00 AM ET ⏱️ 30 minutes Think of The Working Room like office hours for your business. Bring something you’re stuck on, circling, overthinking, or trying to figure out. You don’t need to have a perfectly formed question. We’ll talk through what’s happening, get underneath the actual problem, and work toward a clear, doable next move. The first session reminded me exactly why I wanted to create this space. Sometimes you don’t need more information. You just need somewhere to bring the messy thing and think it through with someone beside you. If you’re planning to come, drop a 🙋‍♀️ below. And if you already know what you want to bring to the room, feel free to share that too. See you in The Working Room. 🤍

We had the very first Working Room yesterday, and I walked away feeling even clearer about why I wanted to create these.
Someone came in with a big problem: “I need clients.” Which could have led us down about 47 different marketing rabbit holes. 😅 Instead, we talked. We looked at what he was already doing. What was actually working. Where he felt stuck. And what was underneath the pressure to be further along than he is. By the end, he didn’t leave with a giant strategy or ten more things to add to his list. He left with one clear next step that made sense for where he is right now. And that’s exactly what I want the Working Room to be. Not another place to collect information. A place to bring the thing that feels messy, talk it through, and leave knowing what to do next. Less noise. More clarity. One move at a time. 🤍
A little reminder for your Wednesday:
You probably don’t need a whole new system. Sometimes you just need to find the one place where things keep getting stuck. The follow-up that lives in your head. The task you redo every week. The thing only you know how to do. The “temporary” workaround that has been temporary for six months. 😂 That’s usually where I’d look first. You don’t have to organize your entire business today. Fixing one annoying little friction point counts.

Working Room update 🤍
We’re moving our first Working Room to Thursday, September 10 at 10 AM ET! Bring one thing that’s making your business feel harder, messier, or more confusing than it needs to be. It can be finding clients, figuring out what to focus on, a system that isn’t working, something you keep avoiding… whatever is taking up space in your brain. We’ll spend 30 minutes working through what you bring together. You don’t need to prepare anything. Just show up with the thing. 🙂

@Madison Chase It’s free! 🙂 It’s a little different from a traditional coworking room though. Bring something you’re stuck on or trying to figure out in your business, and we’ll talk it through and work on it together for the 30 minutes.
