Leadership Shift in Mindset
Yusuf is a civil engineering student at UTS.
In week five, the cohort was asked how their view of leadership had shifted.
His answer, live:
“before, leadership for me was basically just an authoritative figure who manages stuff... the autocratic kind of perspective”
And now:
“what would the Prophet ﷺ do in this position? Who am I as Abdullah?”
That's the shift. From control to character.
