how to be a 'Mafia Boss' at your nafs:
with Ramadan coming up VERRRYYY SOON Insha'Allah ta'ala (who else is stoked!?!? 🤩😁), I've been very intentional-- dare I say "primitive"-- with social media usage ["main" apps to doomscroll] during this Blessed month of Sha'ban . It's been great!! *In spite of disconnecting from main Gza accounts I'd typically follow for news.
This is all to say: I have never felt closer to the Quran, Deen, listening to/ attempting to recite longer surahs , and (IMPORTANT TOO) being aware of my own body; from what I digest, to even how I sleep!!
I thought I'd come on here and share with you lovely brothers and sisters of how I've been getting prepped for Ramadan.. or even finding ways to increase my Deen & Imaan! :
