Assalamualaikum akhi. I would recommend (in spite of initially sounding counter-productive at first) building the practice of waking up for Qiyam/ Tahajjud. While easier said than done (again, at first), you gain major spiritual benefits by waking up early for the sake of Allah (swt), and Insha'Allah eventually won't have to worry about nearly/missing Fajr; as you would've done your wudu + offered at least 2-3 rakat, having you ready to go for the day. Praying the mandated salat, especially the one that starts our day, Alhamdulilah, is a HUGE DEAL!! It's a literal Pillar in Islam! --Try out some tahajjud sometime, Insha'Allah! Who wouldn't want some "quiet hour" with our Creator in the wee-early hours of the morning, WHILE gaining rewards through our efforts? Allah doesn't expect perfection, it's all in our Intention that counts. May Allah make it easy for you, and all of us in this Ummah facing similar struggles, Ameen 🤲🏽✨
