Here, we treat meetings as diagnostic tools, not status updates. We use the ARC Framework (Autonomy, Relatedness, Competence) to see what's actually happening on your team and do something about it. Thank you for building this space, Pete, The Missed Meeting already stands out with how it approaches real conversations and leadership. My goal in joining is to genuinely support and contribute to the growth and strength of this community in any way I can, through engagement, sharing insights, and learning alongside everyone here. One thing I wish my 1-on-1s did better Creating more space for honest, unfiltered conversations that actually uncover what’s going on beneath the surface.
