New to app
I'm new to this app. My name is Malik Young and my nervous system is shot by finding two loved ones deceased and dealing with identity shift. I'm hoping I can find some help with getting back to my self.
I am a certified Tantra teacher, retreat Organizer, and spiritual coach. I'm looking forward to healing and embarking upon this new journey.
Any advice on exactly where to begin?
