Attempting a PAWS moment when I got home from a knitting date with a friend. My Attention was drawn to the moments when we snuggled his head into my neck.

Do you have mementos or talismans in remembrance of dogs who have passed - little touchstones that represent their presence? I have quite a few, of various types, and in this little collection of 'treasures' there is a paw charm gifted by a client after Squeak's passing, a little sighthound head imprint on a tiny convex disk, representing Slipstream, and the engraved gold bell necklace that tinkles in a way that reminds me of the jingle of my dogs' collar tags sometimes. The collection of colour and sparkle and memory pleases my eyes and my heart. ✨

It is fast becoming Zebs after work ritual to dig in the ponys water trough when we get home. Lucky he's cute and at least its not muddy 🫣😅 The water is brown from the tanins in fallen leaves 🍂

If we could live in the woods, we would. Dobermans aren’t known for their outdoor hiking abilities, but we absolutely love being in the woods for hours.
