Rest & Rejuvenate
The “Day-After” a deeply spiritual event can be wild for your body. Aches and pains you don’t recognize, stuffy nose, sore throat, tiredness in your body that just lingers. Before we try pray it all away let’s remember that our bodies are made of energy, frequency and expanding consciousness is not nothing, we *feel* it. So feeling terribly is not a reflection of *doing* terribly. We are all doing exactly as we should and these moments can be the hardest. When we wonder why the exhilaration and euphoria are gone and seem to be replaced with “negative” sensations. This is important and part of the staying. Staying with yourself and remembering again. Finding small pieces of peace to reorient yourself. Go home to yourself, find quiet, listen to peaceful music if you want (I am - Ophelia Wilde has amazing playlists on YouTube), whatever pulls you back to yourself. And drink lots of water, and eat at least one hot, nourishing meal today. We are blessed, holy and remembered.
Have a wonderful day you wonderful women ✨🩷
