๐Ÿงต Red Thread Community Circle | Wednesday @5pmPT/8pmET
This Wednesday โ€ข Mary Magdalene & Living Water There is something profoundly healing about women gathering in circle. This Wednesday, we'll gather for our Red Thread Community Circle, where we'll explore the beautiful symbolism of Mary Magdalene and Living Waterโ€”the water that nourishes, restores, and reminds us that wisdom has always flowed from within. Together we'll... ๐Ÿ’ง Meet new and familiar faces ๐Ÿ’ง Share our Magdalene stories and what has been unfolding on our journeys ๐Ÿ’ง Reflect on the symbolism of Living Water and what it means in our lives today ๐Ÿ’ง Connect, laugh, listen, and simply be together in community We'll also continue our Red Thread Ceremony, tying a red ribbon or thread around our left wrist as a symbol of our sisterhoodโ€”a reminder that although we each walk our own path, we are connected by something much deeper than geography. If you have them nearby, you're invited to bring: ๐Ÿ’ง A bowl or glass of water ๐Ÿ•ฏ A candle ๐ŸŒฟ Your favorite essential oil ๐Ÿ“– A journal and pen ๐Ÿงต A red ribbon or piece of red thread Most importantly... Bring your open heart. There is nothing to prepare. Nothing to perfect. Just come exactly as you are. We'll see you in circle. Drop a "๐ŸŒน" if you plan to attend. 5:00 PM PT / 8:00 PM ET

I am the hand
I can see the hand that is closed like a fist When I am clinging to whatever I am clinging to in a moment about the future or about the past I can then see the hand open When I decide to release whatever isn't serving me anymore as this version of myself Inner union of my masculine and feminine energies allows me to see I am the hand When these energies work together inside me I can see the dance Both energies are required to choose and release, to step and trust The clarity is mind blowing - I can see when the "separation talk" starts happening in my mind - I can remember I am not separate and choose to tune in and tap in - I can see when I am forgetting my soul voice and choose to stop blaming and complaining in this moment - I can release what is not serving me any longer to create room for the new coming in (instead of waiting for source to have to clear it out for me) I am the hand that clings to outcomes I can't actually control or opens, deciding to trust my soul's desire instead. We all are. ๐ŸŒนโค๏ธ๐ŸŒน๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿฆ„๐Ÿ™Œ

A Story About Crabs (the kind you eat!๐Ÿคฃ)
I went through grade school in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. 525 Rodney Drive! 504-725-8104!! Isnโ€™t it funny how we remember our address and phone number as children? Go play outside! Was the admonishment, so thatโ€™s what I did. And as long as I knew my address and phone number, no worries! And when it started to get dark and the street lamps went on, I went home. My father was a Dr. Not a medical doctor but an animal biologist. He specialized in woodcock, grouse and Canadian Geese. He was a professor at LSU. I grew up trapping and banding birds. And I did a whole whole lot of fishing and crabbing. We spent a lot of time at Grand Isle Louisiana on the Gulf of Mexico. We went crabbing every day. You know those 3-tiered screen thingies you can hang and put vegetables in? Well, thatโ€™s what a crab net looks like, minus the 2 smaller tiers. So we would head out with our crab nets and bucket (my brother and I). We also had one piece of raw bacon between us. What we would do is put the bacon in the middle of the net and let the chain we held in our hands go completely slack so it was in the floor of the ocean. There were a lot rocky lagoons. And we would stand in thigh deep water (as a child) with the round screen-net between our feet. As soon as we felt any movement between our feet, we would pull up our chain, and there would be a crab. We would walk up the beach and throw the crab in the bucket. And on we would go. And it wouldnโ€™t be any time at all and we would have a bucket full of crabs. When I first went crabbing with my brother, I didnโ€™t understand how it Was that we could put so many crabs in one normal sized bucket and none of crabs would escape! They were dexterous with their claws. Why didnโ€™t they try to escape? And then one day I just sat by the bucket and watched the crabs. And I found out why none of them ever escaped. You see, they would try! They would work so hard getting on top, then hinging a claw over the side. And the other crabs would grab hold of the crab that was almost free and pull that crab back down. It happened over and over and over again.
