π Turkey Pasta Bake (DTF Edition)
π Ingredients (Serves 2β3)
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 6β8 oz protein pasta (chickpea or lentil)
- 1 Β½ cups marinara sauce (I used Carbone π)
- 1β2 cups fresh spinach
- 2β3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1β2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste

- Preheat oven to 375Β°F
- Cook pasta Boil in salted water until slightly undercooked (about 1β2 minutes less than package directions) Drain and set aside
- Cook the turkey Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat Add garlic β sautΓ© for 30 seconds Add ground turkey β cook until browned Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
- Build the sauce Add marinara sauce to the turkey Stir in spinach β cook until wilted
- Combine Add cooked pasta into the pan Mix everything together until evenly coated
- Bake Transfer to a baking dish (or use an oven-safe pan) Bake for 15β20 minutes, until hot and slightly bubbly
- Optional (but recommended) Broil for 2β3 minutes for a slightly crispy top
π Easy Swaps
- No spinach? β Use kale or zucchini
- Want it saucier? β Add an extra Β½ cup marinara
- Want heat? β Add red pepper flakes
- Lower carb? β Use less pasta, more veggies
