🍝 Turkey Pasta Bake (DTF Edition)
πŸ›’ Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 6–8 oz protein pasta (chickpea or lentil)
  • 1 Β½ cups marinara sauce (I used Carbone πŸ‘€)
  • 1–2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2–3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1–2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F
  2. Cook pasta Boil in salted water until slightly undercooked (about 1–2 minutes less than package directions) Drain and set aside
  3. Cook the turkey Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat Add garlic β†’ sautΓ© for 30 seconds Add ground turkey β†’ cook until browned Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
  4. Build the sauce Add marinara sauce to the turkey Stir in spinach β†’ cook until wilted
  5. Combine Add cooked pasta into the pan Mix everything together until evenly coated
  6. Bake Transfer to a baking dish (or use an oven-safe pan) Bake for 15–20 minutes, until hot and slightly bubbly
  7. Optional (but recommended) Broil for 2–3 minutes for a slightly crispy top
