- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Seasonings: Seasoned salt Black pepper Garlic powder Italian seasoning
- Optional (but highly recommended): Juice of 1 lime ๐ Fresh cilantro ๐ฟ

- Season your chickenCoat both sides with seasoned salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear (optional but ๐ฅ) Set Instant Pot to Sautรฉ Add olive oil Sear thighs 2โ3 mins per side
- Add salsa verde Pour over chicken (donโt overmix)
- Pressure cook Seal lid Cook on High Pressure for 12 minutes
- Release Let it natural release for 5 mins, then quick release
- Shred or serve whole Shred for tacos/bowls or keep whole
- Finish it off Add lime juice + cilantro Taste and adjust seasoning

- Too much liquid? โ Sautรฉ 3โ5 mins after to thicken
- Too oily? โ Skim a little off the top
