Sold out! Super happy with the turnout and the reception we had. It was pretty cool to just bring a cooler and setup at a stone top table in a beautiful location. First ever market Saturday and we made a couple hundred bucks at 5 bucks a box. Everyone who came through was a customer. Even traded for some lamb shoulder steaks!
This is our newest microgreens we are growing and should be ready to share with y’all in a few days. Popcorn shoots are grown entirely in the dark with a dome and apparently have a fantastic taste.
Added to the classroom section! Soon when we're able to breathe through our noses we will record a new video explaining the powerpoint in greater detail for now put your questions here! https://www.skool.com/the-lords-lettuce-access-4937/classroom/b8dca959?md=6ed9777869734427a73535eee852d6cd
Grabbed a few of these photos pointing out the differences from two brands in Duluth Mn. Look at the difference on color and appeal. I’m definitely going the Microgreens route for consumption and growing in a business. What do y’all think?
My family owns restaurants in north MN so I decided to take a peek at the menu at one of them. Keep an eye out while traveling with which restaurants are using microgreens and those who could use some micros to spice up the menu.
