Greenhouse #3 getting ready to receive cool season crops on Monday morning all goes well. Hopefully, this will be the last time we till the floor of this greenhouse. I am currently planning a geothermal heating solution for the floor as it could be installed inside the greenhouse itself without having to deconstruct the greenhouse itself.

I got approved for my first farmers market a few days ago. Filled with a variety of emotions, from excited, nervous and alil overwhelmed. Still working on signage and to round up some more supplies that I will need. But overall I think I'm in a pretty good spot and will be ready for my first farmers market. I have some good support with friends here at home base and even better support with all of you on here. Wish me luck!! First market is on February 1st.

I've been harvesting my test trays and bringing them to work, today I had a coworker say that he and his wife added them to a couple of meals while we were out for the holidays, and he is wanting to start buying from me. One of my goals were to have 3 reoccurring orders by spring, on my way to completing that goal.

We shut down for the holidays and we're looking forward to spending time in snowy Minnesota! MERRY Crimmus!!! Let's go into 2025 with joy and gratitude. Shannon and I are so incredibly grateful for yall and the rest of our community!
