Beets - how long to grow?
apparently beets need 3 weeks to grow… we had been doing 2 weeks and only getting about 2-3 ounces out of a tray.
Learned this on Urban Ag Academy’s Skool weekly calls on Sundays Q&A session. After I asked the question three growers said they average 7-8 ounces of beets per tray.
