Relationships are essential
One of the most important things I've learned in Nuclear is that relationships are essential. That's true in order to push a project through, when moving forward with a hiring strategy, and especially when things get hard. Building these relationships takes time, presence, and following through. Thats where site visits and face-to-face time come in. What's been important to you?

Sharing Christmas Cheer
Really knowing my people and spending time with them has been very important. Moving across multiple continents and cultures these relationships have helped educate me, helped me grow, and in turn helped me provide input, mentor and coach the next generation. This week, I spent some time on site, followed by a Christmas dinner. 700+ years of experience and knowledge in one room. Every single one actively contributing and helping grow the next generation of professionals. What steps are you taking to transfer knowledge to the next generation?
