Day 1 is in the books
I'm done with day 1, and the "flushing" began around 3 pm. Needless to say, that I may get to sleep by 10:30 pm. I love this Cleanse. It's gentle, works quickly, tastes amazing, and the schedule keeps me feeling full and satisfied. The sizes of the juice aren't daunting, so it's really easy to want to grab one. Oh, I've been full of energy all day. This hasn't happened in a long time. I'll be staying close to home tomorrow, though. 🤭
