Good morning ladies! I wanted to update you on my schedule. In about 2 weeks, I should be able to be back to coffee chats, once my schedule is consistent. So by around the first of the month, I should be back to it. I have learned so much over the last little while. Watching my co-workers in the same office, deal with the same things I dealt with for years...migraines...stress...anxiety about my work...really name it, and it's there. And then to me, so far (even with accelerated expectations from the boss) this is the least stressful job I think I've ever had. This is not because I'm better in any way, I have just learned to manage my stress/stories/emotions to a level that this is not even close to...and that is the work that I am known for! I'd love to hear where you are leaning in...reducing any stress...and bringing joy into your life even if in little bits at a time!
