This one is all about opening the chest, shoulders and upper back. Think: a steady, feel-good flow to undo laptop shoulders, winter hunching and โ€œscroll neckโ€.
Itโ€™s around 40 minutes and was filmed in London, so youโ€™ll recognise the location! Perfect if youโ€™ve been carrying tension or feeling a bit closed in from being back at your desks, carrying your babies or sitting on your phone too long.
