May Week 3 - Re-recording LIVE
Hi everyone in the Beta. I have re-recorded the week 3 class focussed on the chest and shoulders and it is live for you in the replay section. Remember, you have this week to have a look around, take any replays you are missing and complete any feedback to me that you haven't already done. Thank you again so much for being here. Joy x

Premium access ends Thursday 4th June ... Here's why..
Thank you so much for being here for the May beta — for showing up, trying something new with me, and being willing to explore this with an open mind. I really appreciate you. A few quick notes as we wrap up: - Week 4 replay is already up, and I’ve also added a couple of classes into Quick Flows, plus a new folder on Workplace Stress (you may have already spotted it!). If you have a moment this week, I’d genuinely love you to have a proper look around and see what’s available inside this membership-style space — not just the 30-min lives. - I’ll keep your access open until Thursday 4th June so you can explore everything properly. - Final questionnaire is coming next week — it would be FAB if you could complete it by the end of next week. Your honest feedback is what will help me relaunch this as a real product over summer. A couple of access bits: - If you already have a Skool product from me (e.g. Winter Series / Summer Series), you’ll keep access to those as normal. - The May beta replays will stay available to everyone as my gift to you. - Start Slow (7-day journey) will stay available too — it’s a free resource and I’m happy for you to keep using it. Small behind-the-scenes note: I’m going away for a long weekend and I’m a little behind on life/admin, so thank you for your patience. I also know Week 3 needs improving — I’ll update it as soon as I can. And finally — thank you to everyone who made a donation towards your commitment. If you didn’t, you’re still very welcome to (no pressure and link attached). Or, if you’d rather, tell me a charity you care about and I’m happy to send the donations there. Week 4 - change of plan!
Hi everyone, as most of you have been taking replays. I have decided to record tonights class instead of going live and struggling with the set up - and swiftly turning into a melting puddle live on camera. I will record the class shortly for you ahead of our scheduled time tonight so you can still practice tonight as planned. You will find the class in the "May Beta" classroom before 6pm tonight. Following taking tonights class, Iask that you complete any missing forms (or try to take any missing classes) and also to spend the week exploring the rest of the membership space. I plan to put everyone back on the free membership on June 7th We are not finished yet so please stay engaged and take your time exploring. Any questions, please ask! Your opinions matter so much to what happens in the future. Thank you

Week 3 Video is....
Hi Beta testers! I have our recording of yesterday night but the sound really isn't great. I may have time to re record it from home. A special thank you for Ann for joining live the last two weeks :) and her cameo in the recording. I have now learnt that it records the whole screen on Skool Call over Google calls so I will resolve that next time! I will do my best to record again before the weekend. I have still posted it in the usual place but I have also released a new 25 min movement class into the "Quick Flows" Classroom which you all have access to in case you wanted something with a more soothing sound! Also, a reminder, try to find that 30 mins to yourself - schedule it into your diary. Then, the favour for me, please do complete the forms each week and tell me how the systems work for you, how the format, whats included in the premium product - all your thoughts! Most importantly how you are feeling. What you tell me now shapes what this becomes.... With all my thanks - we have our last class next week Tuesday. I am putting to a vote here - what time works best for you 6.30pm or 7pm :) PLEASE schedule it in so we can see each other at least once on this journey - p.s. people in your house can join you if you like - it isn't a lone sport! xx So next week 6.30pm or 7pm ..... majority rules that are LIVE x

@Kat Dosanjh Yes that is fine ! I couldmn't make space/time to revideo week 3 but I am glad you looked at other resources. i had put a new one in the "Quick Flows" too for those that hadn't purchased my previous series in the past. Try that one too ! x Are you live on Tuesday ? Do respond the poll
Week Three is nearly here!
Hi Everyone testing my premium membership, how are you doing? Most of you are replaying, have you been able to take week two yet? Week three is all about the chest and shoulders - great for correcting those hunched shoulders either over the desk or carrying those heavy kids! So the big question so we can get planning - who is live this week? Let me know in the poll please! xx We have changed to 7pm as this suits those who can join LIVE better this week. If that changes things for you, do change your vote x

THANK you to the live viewers! Sorry about the sound. Skool isn't as instant with the recording so I will get the recording up once I receive it. Hopefully the sound isn't so bad on the recording but we will see! Thank you for bearing with me and my tests. See you next week (LAST WEEK!) x
