Stairmaster today. First day I didn’t need the bar every time I turned around. Didn’t even need to hold it the entire time I was backwards. Big step for stability. Went an extra 15 minutes just for fun. Ate a decent amount this past weekend and this week my goal is to really flush out everything that’s bad for me. I’m a big fan of sugar. Used to weigh 260 lbs and still feel like that fat kid wants to come back out sometimes. Feel like with consistently getting those probiotics in the smoothie it’ll teach those microbiota to accept healthier foods and curb cravings. All the ingredients are arriving today. I believe that most of us are fighting inflammation daily. Unfortunately the American food system wants it that way. Excited to get this part of the method going and feeling much better in the coming weeks!
