Popcorn Pings!
Grab a snack and take five minutes to do this easy exercise: 1. Take a deep breath, then another one, then one more. 2. Ask for these three things. * Color, Texture, Shape, *What's it used for or where are you going to find said object? Comment on what you see, feel. Color, texture, shape, use/location, and how confident you are (1-10; 10 being positive you got a hit) I'll come back after there are a few comments with the object.

Busy Busy!
I have to apologize for being so busy lately! I’ve been working hard on so many things! A book- Silent Somatic Workbook- and of course readings. Growing a garden literally and metaphorically has been time consuming! Who else grows veggies? I have an entire 30 pounds of sage to dry! If you need sage, speak up! 😂

Hello! I Am curious if anyone would like to do a daytime / evening in UK circle ⭕️ for practice?
