Get Activated in 72 Hours (For Instructors):
You joined because you’re a baseball or softball instructor who wants steady lessons and reliable income – not just a few random kids here and there.
In this room, your first win is simple:
👉 Get Activated in the next 72 hours.
You are officially Activated when you’ve:
1. Installed the Skool app
2. Posted your Intro + 30‑Day Focus post
3. Installed the Instructor Command Center, added 5 family contacts, and sent your first follow-up messages
4. Commented “Activated ✅” under this post
Do those and you’re in.
Then we start installing the same systems our instructor team uses at The Institute Corona to deliver 200+ paid one-on-one lessons every week.
1) Install the Skool app (do this now)

3) Install the "Instructor Command Center"
- Go to Classroom → Start Here and watch Lessons 1–9 in order.
- In Lesson 5, install your Instructor Command Center.
- Add 5 real families you’re working with now (name, phone, status, next action date).
4) You’re Activated Once you have:
- Downloaded the skool app
- Posted your Intro + 30‑Day Focus
- Installed your Instructor Command Center, added 5 family contacts, and sent your first follow-up messages
