I Built a 5-Minute Business Checkup for Entrepreneurs

I’ve been quietly working on something the last few weeks.

Late nights testing ideas, rebuilding prompts, and trying to figure out how to turn the frameworks we talk about in this community into something practical people could actually use.

Today I finally finished it.

This is version 8.0 lol.

I built a 5-Minute Business Checkup.

You answer a few questions about your business and it gives you:

• Your Operator Identity

• The stage your business is actually in (Starter, Builder, or Scaler)

• The real constraint slowing your growth

• A 30-day execution path to fix it

No generic advice.

No motivational stuff.

The tool was trained on all the transcripts from the courses inside this classroom, so the diagnosis and plan are built directly from the frameworks I teach here.

It’s basically my thinking turned into a system.

I’d love for this community to be the first people to try it and tell me if the diagnosis actually feels accurate.
