Ever since we been slowing down and grounding more into the body. I’ve been talking less, like way less 😂. It’s almost been harder for me to make posts or create the content . I just been so so deeply present into my Earth that I haven’t been caring to talk much 😭.
It’s been a very calm, silent, meditative mind. I been moving so slow and my mental has gotten slower with it. It’s crazy cause this is how it really feel to not be in survival mode. It’s not so fast mentally. It’s no in panic, rush mode, or anxiety. I’m just feeling super zen and chill af.
