This is my first time touching my phone today.
I already did yoga, took a slow walk outside, meditated, & journaled as well (expanding my writing powers, with the placements I have)
I didn’t check notifications or nothing earlier, I just stayed in my body and did what felt right.
This is how I’ve been moving lately. I take care of myself FIRST. I slow my system down first. I make sure my energy is calm before I start engaging with the world.
The phone comes after I’ve already grounded myself into the body.
This is the pace we’ve been talking about in here. More presence. Less rush. More control over your time and attention.
