A Simple Morning Grounding
Started the day barefoot.
This is one of the simplest ways I ground my body and keep my nervous system regulated during this 16-day reset.
Just letting the body reconnect with the Earth before engaging with the day or the rest of the world.
You don’t need to do this exactly, but I do want you checking in with yourself:
