Localizations
Doing localizations means that you are letting a company take the rights for that region to translate it into that language and then to also sell them as they see fit. It can be as much as -70% off MSRP as they are doing retail AND having to do work to translate the items and ensure all of the graphics still work, etc. Here is a list I use for these options.
