When we got to the heart of the night and I asked the Q: "What do you want to talk about that you can't say in public?"
Y'all named something I didn't expect. It's not that you can't say these things publicly.
Many of you already do, and bravely. 🦁 What you're craving is a place to go deeper than out there allows. Past the hot take. Past the first brave sentence. Together, in community. I felt that too.
This can be THAT container to keep going, to stay in the uncomfortable truths alongside each other and then figure out how to take bite-sized action in our life and work. ❤️🩹
