We’ll talk through:
  • Why active rest actually supports growth and recovery
  • How to reset your nervous system without overdoing it
  • A short therapeutic regimen you can use on any break to help your body rest while still feeling supported and intentional
What to bring (if you have it):
  • Pen + paper
  • Theraband
  • Yoga ball (optional — no worries if not)
  • Blanket / pillow
  • Anything that helps you feel comfortable and relaxed
This Active Rest Live class is designed to help you release + reset — it’s a chance to restore and create space for a clean slate as we move toward 2026.
