💡 The Shift: You don't have a knowledge problem. This week you learned, mapped, listed, sorted, and decided. The only thing left is doing it. Installation beats information. Today you turn this week's lists into a real opportunity and a real next step.

🔴 Problem: "How long has 'follow up with past clients' been on my list? How long has 'ask for reviews consistently' been sitting there? How long has 'build a referral system' been a someday? I don't need more ideas. I need it to actually run."

🏆 Solution: Live math, two numbers. Your average commission check, times the total number of people on your lists from Day 2 and Day 3. That's your Profit Activation Number.

🎯 Result: You'll leave Day 5 knowing, in real numbers, exactly what your current lists are worth, and you'll have a simple, specific next step to activate that into income. A smaller list isn't a disadvantage. It's an advantage.
