HI IMPACT | Reviews You've got the link. You've got the domain. Now let's use it. Here's the thing about reviews. You're not missing happy clients. You're missing the ask. Most agents wait for the perfect moment, or a system, or a follow-up sequence. Meanwhile there's someone in your phone right now who would leave you a glowing review today if you just asked. HIGH IMPACT TASK OF THE WEEK. Ninety seconds, do it before you close this app 👇 → Think of the happiest clients you closed in the last 12 months. The one who hugged you. You already know exactly who it is. → Send them this: "Hey [name]! I'm working with a coach on building out my Google Business page this month, and they've asked me to make a list of my favourite clients. Of course, you made the list! Would you take a moment to write me a review? [domain] takes you straight there. This should take you less than two minutes. Just share your experience working with me and whether you'd recommend me to friends and family. I appreciate this so much, [name]. Thank you!" → Hit send. That's it. Don't overthink the wording, don't wait for a better moment. Drop "sent" in the comments the second you hit send. I'll be watching for them. Then when that review lands, screenshot it and post it right in the comments. I want this whole thread full of five star reviews! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stuck? Send me a msg, I'm happy to help!

Say it out loud: the review link upgrade
HI IMPACT | Reviews Last week you set up your review shortcut. This week we make it something you can say out loud. Here's the problem with a raw review link. You can text it, but you can't say it. You're standing at a closing table, on the phone, handing over keys, and the moment is right there. You can't ask someone to type https://g.page/r/CYyP9-F8SrfZEBM/review But you can say, "Leave me a quick review at reviewmichelle.ca" That's the upgrade. A short domain that forwards straight to your review page. It costs about fifteen dollars a year, and it works everywhere your raw link can't. Business cards. Closing gifts. Email signature. Out loud, in person. The other thing nobody thinks about: if you ever switch review platforms, you change one forwarding setting. Everything you've already printed still works. HIGH IMPACT TASK OF THE WEEK. Twenty minutes, do it today 👇 → Pick your name. Short, sayable, no hyphens, .com. Try ReviewFirstName.com, FirstNameReviews.com, or RateFirstName.com. Say it out loud before you buy it. If you have to spell it for someone, pick a different one. → Buy it at any registrar. GoDaddy, Namecheap, whichever. Fifteen dollars or so. (I personally use GoDaddy, I own like 200+ domains with them...😅) → Set up forwarding. Look for "domain forwarding" or "redirect" in your dashboard. Paste in the review link you saved last week. Save. → Update your text shortcut so "rl" now types your new domain instead. Test it. Type the domain into your browser. If it lands on your review form, you're done. Drop your new domain in the comments. I want to see them. Stuck? Send me a msg, I'm happy to help!

The 3 minute setup that makes every review ask easier
HI IMPACT > Reviews Most agents send review requests that quietly get ignored. Not because the client didn't want to help. Because the link made them work for it. Search the name, scroll, find the profile, hunt for the button. Three steps too many and they close the tab. Your review platform gives you a direct link that drops someone straight onto the review form. One tap, cursor blinking, ready to type. Most agents have never gone and grabbed it. And once you have it, you should never have to go find it again. HIGH IMPACT TASK OF THE WEEK. Three minutes, do it right now: > Open your main review platform and copy your direct review link. Google Business Profile for most of you, but Zillow, Realtor.com/ca, and Facebook all have one. > Set it up as a text shortcut on your phone. iPhone: Settings, General, Keyboard, Text Replacement. Android: Settings, Text Shortcut > Make the shortcut something you'll actually remember. I'd use "rl" (review link) Don't use a real word or it'll expand every time you type it. Now every time you type "rl" in a text, your full review link drops in automatically. From anywhere. Mid conversation. No hunting. Drop a ✅ in the comments once yours is set. Not sure where to find your link? Comment which platform you use and I'll walk you through it. Next week we're upgrading that link so you can say it out loud instead of texting it. Get the shortcut done first, it's the foundation.
