🏆 Day 4: Referrals, One Client Becomes Many
💡 The Shift: Referrals aren't luck. They're taught. A great client becomes an advocate when you make it easy, ask on a rhythm, and give them a reason. The experience you provide is the fuel. It either feeds the fire or puts it out.
🔴 Problem: "I disappear after closing, so the referral never comes. Or I wait for one awkward, pop-the-question moment, dread it, and never ask. And every referral I never ask for is a no I handed out without realizing it."
🏆 Solution: Choose a referral incentive your clients would actually be excited to earn, and know your average commission check, so you can see exactly what one referral is worth and reward the behavior that creates it.
🎯 Result: You'll leave Day 4 with your incentive decided and your average commission check calculated, so referrals stop being random and start being a system. Because a referral costs you nothing to acquire, it's the cheapest, highest-return marketing you have.
